We have identified the cause of the intermittent failures affecting LegalOn Review and AI Revise in Word for the Web. The issue was related to failures when retrieving file content through the Word for the Web API.
Our team released an interim mitigation at 5:16 AM PT and confirmed that LegalOn Review and AI Revise are working in Word Online during production validation. We are continuing to validate performance and will provide further updates as needed.
As a workaround, please use the Desktop Word Add-in or Standard Editor at this time.
