This issue has been resolved.
The problem was caused by an update from Microsoft that temporarily affected how LegalOn retrieves file content in Word for the Web.
Microsoft rolled back the change on June 8, 2026 at 3:14 PM UTC, and the issue has since cleared for most users.

Monitoring -
We have identified the cause of the intermittent failures affecting LegalOn Review and AI Revise in Word for the Web. The issue was related to failures when retrieving file content through the Word for the Web API.
Our team released an interim mitigation at 5:16 AM PT and confirmed that LegalOn Review and AI Revise are working in Word Online during production validation. We are continuing to validate performance and will provide further updates as needed.
As a workaround, please use the Desktop Word Add-in or Standard Editor at this time.
